Job summary

SONGYUAN AUTOMOTIVE SAFETY SYSTEMS (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. is seeking a dedicated testing technician to perform product and material tests, calibrate equipment, document findings, and work with QA and production teams to ensure quality and safety.

You will help troubleshoot issues, verify compliance with standards, and contribute to process improvements while maintaining safe testing practices in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Testing products or materials to verify quality, functionality, and safety according to standards and specifications.
• Use and maintain testing equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.
• Calibrate testing equipment and regularly monitor accuracy to maintain reliable results.
• Document test findings, analyze data to identify defects or performance issues, and suggest corrective actions.
• Prepare detailed test reports and communicate results to relevant teams, including quality assurance and production.
• Investigate product failures or defects found during testing and collaborate on solutions.
• Verify that products comply with quality standards, safety regulations, and customer requirements.
• Suggest improvements to testing procedures, tools, and methods to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Work closely with production, engineering, and quality teams to resolve issues and implement corrective actions.
• Follow safety guidelines during testing to ensure a safe working environment.
