Monitor UPH, cycle time, and FPY; escalates anomalies promptly
Ensure ESD, safety, and 5S compliance at test stations
Perform first-level troubleshooting on failed units (visual inspection, re-test, basic probing)
Properly segregate and tag failures, update defect codes, and route for FA/repair
Support engineers on root cause validation and corrective action verification
Conduct daily start-up checks, verify tooling pins, pogo pins, probes, and cables
Replace consumables (probes, fuses, relays), and perform basic fixture maintenance
Coordinate equipment calibration and maintain calibration labels/records
Report equipment downtime and support preventive maintenance schedules
Follow SOPs, Work Instructions, test specifications, and revision control
Accurately log test results in MES/traceability systems and ensure data integrity
