Job summary

IoTronix seeks a dedicated technician to manage spare parts for automation equipment and to maintain testing fixtures on the production floor. You will repair, upgrade, and troubleshoot fixtures, maintain ledgers, and support commissioning of new equipment.

The role requires hands-on experience with electronics testing gear, strong inventory discipline, and adherence to 5S and security audit standards. Collaboration with production and vendors is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Mechatronics is required.
• Minimum 2–4 years in test engineering, fixture maintenance, or automation support in a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience with testing equipment and fixture troubleshooting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and follow up spare parts for automation equipment used in daily operations.
• Repair, upgrade and maintain testing fixtures.
• Debug, inspect and maintain testing fixtures on the production floor.
• Perform maintenance analysis and upkeep of fixtures; ensure reliable testing performance.
• Update and manage the fixture maintenance ledger and records.
• Coordinate commissioning and acceptance of new fixtures at the factory and drive improvements to testing fixtures.
• Provide feedback on abnormal fixtures and part issues for continuous improvement.
• Prepare spare parts application plan and ensure accurate data across systems.
• Set up spare parts storage locations, perform incoming inspections and conduct inventory checks.
• Oversee warehouse, spare parts, fixture, consumables, and asset management; ensure data accuracy.

• This role is responsible for the comprehensive lifecycle management, maintenance, and troubleshooting of testing fixtures and automation equipment spare parts.
• Ensure optimal testing performance on the production floor through rigorous debugging, inventory management, and systematic fixture tracking.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the management and follow-up of spare parts for automation equipment used in daily operations.
• Repair, upgrade, maintenance, etc. of testing fixtures.
• Responsible for debugging, inspecting, and maintaining testing fixtures.
• Production site testing fixtures, maintenance analysis, improvement, and upkeep.
• Update and manage the fixture maintenance ledger.
• Follow up on the commissioning and acceptance of new fixtures at the factory, as well as the improvement of testing fixtures.
• Maintenance and feedback of abnormal fixtures.
• Responsible for spare parts application plan.
• Responsible for setting up spare parts storage locations, inspecting spare parts upon arrival, conducting incoming inspections and conducting inventory checks.
• Responsible for warehouse management, spare parts management, fixture management, consumables management, golden board management, etc.
• Responsible for providing suggestions and feedback on spare parts information and ensuring the accuracy of data.
• Five (5) S/Security Audit Issues.
• Fixed asset inventory.

Qualifications Required

Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical discipline.

Minimum 2–4 years of experience in test engineering, fixture maintenance, or automation equipment support within a manufacturing environment.

Preferred Skills

Hands-on experience with electronic testing equipment, fixture troubleshooting, and hardware debugging.

Familiarity with warehouse management practices, spare parts coding, and ledger upkeep.

Strong understanding of 5S standards and manufacturing security audit compliance.

Personal Qualities

Meticulous in tracking inventory accuracy, maintenance ledgers, and fixed asset records.

Proactive in analyzing fixture malfunctions and implementing continuous improvements.

Able to work effectively with production teams and external vendors.
