Job summary

Robert Bosch Group is looking for a motivated individual to setup functional test systems in Bayan Lepas, Malaysia. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering and involves tracking budgets, delivering systems on time, and training maintenance teams.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate or 1-2 years of relevant experience (internship or industrial training acceptable).
• Basic programming or scripting knowledge (e.g. Python, C, LabVIEW) is a plus.
• Understanding of test methodologies and problem-solving concepts (RCCA).

Responsibilities

• Setup functional test systems for product lines based on specifications.
• Track project budget and ensure on-time delivery of test systems.
• Train maintenance team to handle test system breakdowns effectively.
• Analyze data and coordinate improvement activities on test time reduction.
• Support operation on functional area performance in FPY, TFOR, OEE.
