Job summary

Renesas Electronics is seeking a Test Process Engineer to develop, execute, and optimize test processes to verify product functionality and quality, including test setup, data analysis, failure analysis, and documentation.

You will investigate yield and quality issues, develop and control manufacturing tests, drive improvements, support test documentation, analyze data, and implement corrective actions in a fast-paced semiconductor environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical/ Electronics, Mechatronics or related fields).
• Candidates with relevant engineering experience working with Automated Test Systems (ATE); ETS364, 93K ,Diamondx ,ETS800 and Flex module tester is a plus. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• Good knowledge in basic electronics, including analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuits, will add advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced semiconductor manufacturing environment.
