Psdc is seeking a Test Line Maintenance Technician in Penang to support line reliability. The role requires a fresh graduate with a Diploma in Mechanical & Electrical or related fields, to perform handler setup, basic troubleshooting, and coordinate with the production team.

You will conduct setup/checklist updates, handle hardware requests, and ensure smooth handovers with the incoming shift technician to minimize downtime.

• Fresh graduate with relevant engineering diploma.

Responsabilidades

• Perform handler setup/conversion within allocated time to meet criteria.
• Repair equipment failures affecting quality or mechanical/electrical performance.
• Notify supervisor of abnormalities for timely action.
• Coordinate handovers with incoming shift technician.
• Update setup/conversion checklists before production release.
• Coordinate with manufacturing for hardware requests related to setup.
• Perform basic troubleshooting for machine breakdown reports.

Test Line Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform handler setup/conversion with allocated period of time in order product run through handler meet the criteria such as mechanical or electrical requirement.
• Repair the equipment failures that impact to quality or mechanical or electrical loss.
• Highlight any abnormality to Supervisor accordingly so that necessary action can be taken.
• Face to face hand shake with incoming shift Tech for any info or pass over.
• Update the setup/conversion checklist prior releasing setup to production used.
• Dealing with manufacturing side for any hardware request matter that is related to the setup.
• Perform basic troubleshooting whenever there is any report breakdown on the machine.

Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering / Mechatronic Engineering / Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
• Fresh Graduate.
