Responsibilities

• Plan and lead a team of Engineers and Technicians to ensure equipment is maintained.
• Drive to meet OEE goals for internal and customer-defined targets.
• Review spare parts availability and manage consignments.
• Organizes and supervises maintenance activities, diagnostics and preventive actions.

Test Equipment Maintenance Engineer (Fresher)

Accountable to plan and lead a team of Engineers and Technicians to ensureequipment’s are properly maintained

Drive to meet OEE goals for both internal and customer defined.

Review and drive to ensure sufficient Consigned / Carsem owned equipment spare parts availability.

Organizes, directs and supervises activities related to machine maintenance , machine restoration, diagnose operational issues , Preventive Maintenance effectively and provide guidelines.

Develop skills and proficiency among all directs Engineers / Staff in order to update the performance of plant equipment

Train the assistants with an aim to achieve the organizational and business goals, objectives and visions

Ensure high productivity by managing the required performance of the maintenance staff

Provide recommendations, analyze, report, and develop strategies to target the improvement in quantity as well as quality

Identify problems, provide alternatives, create choices and solutions for course of action

Get involved in periodic training, succession planning, employee selection and career development

Resolve engineering issues by identifying their roots

Keep track of completion of various operations and tasks within the given time frame
