Job summary

Desa Southern Agency Sdn Bhd is seeking a Sales Representative/Senior Sales Representative to drive sales, expand distribution, and ensure strong product visibility across the Upper Southern Region. The role involves achieving targets, developing customer relationships, and executing sales and trade marketing activities.

The candidate will monitor performance, manage stock and merchandising, and collaborate with credit control to ensure timely collections.

• Strong communication, negotiation and customer relationship skills are required.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated with a strong sales drive.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets in volume and value.
• Monitor sales performance daily, weekly and monthly against targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand customer coverage within the territory.
• Execute trade marketing and promotional activities to drive product sales.
• Support sell-in and sell-out targets for Key Accounts and Non-Key Accounts.
• Develop and maintain relationships with retailers, distributors, wholesalers and key accounts.
• Conduct regular customer visits to monitor stock levels, needs, and market trends.
