Job summary

MUN Medico is seeking a dynamic sales professional to promote and sell our products across the Malacca region. You will identify new business opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and provide expert product guidance to meet sales targets.

You will conduct presentations, attend industry events, and travel frequently within the territory to expand market share while maintaining high customer satisfaction and compliance with company standards.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell the company's products within the assigned territory to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers by providing timely support, product information, and professional guidance.
• Develop a strong understanding of the company's products and recommend suitable solutions based on customer requirements.
• Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and customer visits to generate business opportunities.
• Continuously explore market potential and gather market intelligence to increase market share and customer penetration.
• Address customer enquiries and challenges professionally while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Participate in trade exhibitions, industry events, and promotional activities to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.
• Maintain accurate sales records, customer information, and activity reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Contribute positively to team goals and undertake any other ad hoc assignments as required.
