Job summary

Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Area Sales Executive to drive sales performance and market growth within the Central territory. You will focus on achieving sales targets through strong customer relationship management and effective brand visibility.

You will work with GYAC direct retailers, coordinate tire shipments from the Shah Alam warehouse, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction while supporting planning and reporting activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business, commerce, or marketing.
• 3–5 years of customer service experience relevant to a similar industry.
• Strong key account management and selling skills; able to negotiate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within the Central territory.
• Build and maintain relationships with GYAC direct retailers and channel partners.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer queries and complaints to maintain satisfaction.
• Monitor customer buying patterns and provide insights for planning.
• Implement trade marketing and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and awareness.
