Job summary

You will respond to inquiries, gather intelligence, and support forecasting and budgeting. English and Bahasa Malaysia proficiency is required; additional languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in spare parts sales, automotive, motorcycle, or customer-facing sales roles.
• Experience in motorcycle spare parts, automotive components, or the automotive industry is an added advantage.
• Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in additional languages is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Promote and sell genuine motorcycle spare parts and accessories.
• Expand sales coverage and strengthen market presence within the assigned territory.
• Execute sales strategies and promotional activities to drive business growth.
• Conduct regular market visits in accordance with the approved schedule.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests.
• Gather market intelligence and provide business recommendations.
• Follow up on sales orders, deliveries, and backorders to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Monitor customer payments and credit limits.
• Follow up on overdue accounts and outstanding payments.
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports.
• Support sales forecasting and budget planning activities.
