• Degree or professional qualification in a Science- or Medical-related discipline.
• At least two years of relevant experience in prescription market.
• Knowledge of medical sales landscape, trends and customer needs.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements for products in assigned territories.
• Willingness to travel frequently across East Malaysia and manage multiple areas.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute targeted sales action plans to meet sales targets.
• Track KPIs and sales plans, prioritizing daily activities for performance.
• Engage customers through visits and calls to solicit orders and demos.
• Conduct product demonstrations highlighting features and value.
• Prepare quotations,Tender pricing, and commercial terms per policy.
• Monitor competitor activities and market developments for strategy.
• Record sales data and CRM information for reporting.
• Identify improvements to sales processes and customer engagement.
• Handle customer complaints with timely, positive resolutions.
• Respond to orders and inquiries, communicating promotions and updates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery/installation.
• Perform administrative and coordination tasks as required.
