Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing tender and quotation documents.
• Review tender requirements and ensure all submission documents are complete.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations and technical information.
• Assist in preparing cost comparisons, Bill of Quantities (BQ), and pricing schedules.
• Organize and maintain tender, project, and contract documentation.
• Prepare project reports, correspondence, and presentation materials.
• Coordinate with the engineering and project teams to gather technical information.
• Monitor tender submission deadlines and ensure timely submissions.
• Follow up with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors when required.
• Support project handover and documentation after tender awards.
