Job summary

Hunters International Sdn Bhd is seeking an Executive/Senior Executive, Tender in Shah Alam to coordinate bid submissions and manage tender processes. The role requires coordinating across planning, QA/QC, HSE, engineering and production to meet tight deadlines.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Building or Quantity Surveying with at least 3 years in tendering, preferably for infrastructure projects, and is fluent in English and Chinese. Work is office-based with a 2-year contract term.

Qualifications

• Degree in Building or Quantity Surveying (or equivalent).
• Minimum 3 years of tendering experience, ideally in infrastructure/MRT/LRT projects.
• Experience with main contractors is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, prepare and compile bid submission documents for tendering activities.
• Organize and harness efforts of departments related to tendering and contract review.
• Coordinate customer bid requirements with planning, QA/QC, HSE, Engineering, Production, etc.
