Sulzer is seeking an entry-level Field Service Technician to install, configure, calibrate, and repair technical products at customer field locations. This role is designed for individuals starting their career in field service with supervision for non-routine tasks.

You will follow documented procedures, perform basic maintenance, and contribute to upgrades while developing hands-on skills in mechanical and electrical systems, with emphasis on safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• Basic vocational training or equivalent work experience.
• Basic mechanical and electrical aptitude.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work under supervision.

About The Role

Job Summary

The (Field) Service Technician is responsible for installing, configuring, calibrating, and repairing technical products and systems at customer field locations.

This job profile is intended for entry-level support staff who follow specific instructions and procedures, with supervision provided for non-routine situations.

This job and its associated grade are specifically aligned with roles that have the following scope of responsibility: Small, Medium, Large, Division / Extra Large organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and technical support on installed equipment.
