Job summary

Standard Chartered Bank is seeking a dynamic Telesales Team Leader/Manager to lead outbound acquisition and cross-sell products while delivering high-quality service.

You will work closely with the Head of Client Centre to develop and implement sales and service strategies aimed at achieving and exceeding committed targets, with a strong focus on compliance with Group Policy, KYC, FAA and local regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in outbound sales and in a managerial or leadership role within financial services.
• Strong leadership to motivate and drive a team to meet targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to implement sales/service strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the outbound client centre team in acquiring new customers via telesales.
• Drive cross-selling of bank products while maintaining superior service quality.
• Collaborate with Head of Client Centre to develop and implement sales/service strategies to hit targets.
• Meet targets related to disbursements, volume, customer numbers and segment mix.
• Ensure compliance with Group Policy, KYC, FAA and local regulations.
