Job summary

UpGrowth HR Sdn. Bhd. in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a customer-focused sales representative to handle outbound calls, present products, and address inquiries. Proactive communication and relationship-building will be key to success in this role.

You will work towards monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets while maintaining detailed records of customer interactions on calls and messaging channels. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to customers from a provided contact list.

• Develop strategies to retain customers and reduce churn.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services.
• Handle conflicts and complaints professionally.
