Job summary

Wuhan FiberHome International (M) Sdn. Bhd. invites a proactive professional to manage day-to-day customer relationships and support Telecom Operations & Maintenance (O&M) activities in Malaysia.

You will engage regional customer teams weekly and senior customers monthly, identifying needs and opportunities to drive regional growth. You will facilitate solution briefings, meetings, and presentations, consolidating feedback for internal teams.

Qualifications

• Mandarin language skills are an advantage due to business communication requirements.
• Strong customer communication, coordination, follow-up, and cross-cultural communication skills.
• Comfortable supporting customer visits, on-site activities, and business travel when required.
• Strong information consolidation and documentation skills, with the ability to independently prepare: meeting minutes, reports and presentation materials.
• Experience in telecommunications, telecom operators, engineering services, pre-sales, business development, marketing, customer support, or project coordination is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day customer relationships and communication support for Telecom Operations & Maintenance (O&M).
• Maintain regular engagement with regional customer teams on a weekly basis and senior-level customers on a monthly basis.
• Understand customer needs, business pain points, and potential business opportunities.
• Support solution briefings, customer meetings, presentations, and engagement activities, while consolidating customer feedback and requirements.
• Act as a communication bridge between customers and internal teams to improve the efficiency and quality of customer communication.
• Engage with customers in new business regions to collect historical data, business information, and market insights to support regional business expansion and pre-project preparation.
• Support on-site solution presentations, workshops, project highlight sessions, and other customer-facing activities.
• Assist in preparing and translating presentation materials, proposals, and customer-facing documents.
• Support the implementation of key projects by: Preparing meeting minutes and customer summaries, tracking action items and follow-ups, coordinating with relevant internal teams to ensure timely progress.
• Collect and consolidate customer updates, market intelligence, and competitor information to support regional market development and business decision-making.
