U Mobile Sdn Bhd in Sarawak is seeking a Head of Product Specialist to lead sales strategies and drive prepaid & Postpaid growth within the dealer network. You will guide a product and sales team, manage distributors, and ensure effective training on product and risk concepts.

The role emphasizes aggressive, target-driven leadership with a strong background in Telco or FMCG sales, and travel readiness. It offers a structured pathway in a market-leading telecom environment.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of sales experience in Telco / FMCG environments.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales team management.
• Aggressive and target-driven with a proven track record.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with distributors to manage dealers’ portfolio, providing system support (network, creation, modification, termination).
• Plan, lead, and monitor sales strategies and promotions to expand UM touchpoints and pyramid.
• Deepen dealer loyalty through activations (Prepaid with plans and Postpaid).
• Develop and deliver staff training on risk management and business continuity concepts.
