U Mobile Sdn Bhd is seeking a Head of Product Specialist in Terengganu to lead and manage the Sales Executive team while enhancing dealer portfolios. The role requires achieving sales targets and KPIs, with responsibilities including daily dealer visits and executing sales strategies.

The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of sales experience, preferably in the Telco or FMCG sectors, along with team management experience. The position offers various benefits including medical coverage, flexi working hours, and employee discounts.

Qualificações

• At least 6 years of sales experience in Telco/FMCG.
• Minimum 3 years in sales team management.
• Possess own transport and a valid driving license.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage Sales Executive and distribution.
• Conduct daily visits to provide dealer support.
• Execute and monitor sales strategies and promotions.
• Achieve targets for prepaid & postpaid dealers.
• Work closely with distributors to meet KPIs.
