Telco Drive Ltd. is seeking a Lead Integrator to coordinate the successful launch of Telco Business by aligning cross-functional workstreams and driving execution. You will manage governance, risks, budgets, and readiness across Technology, Product, CX, Operations, Marketing, Sales, regulatory, finance, and HR teams.

Impeccable coordination skills and proven Programme Management experience in the telecommunications sector are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Project Management and Programme Management.
• Strong experience in managing cross-functional programmes and stakeholders.
• Telecommunications industry background is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end launch of Telco Business across Technology, Product, Customer Experience, Operations, Marketing, Sales & Distribution, Regulatory, Finance, HR, partners and vendors.
• Drive cross-functional coordination through daily and weekly programme meetings, action tracking, deliverable follow-up and issue escalation.
• Develop programme dashboards and reporting for the CEO and leadership team, providing visibility on progress, issues, risks and dependencies.
• Manage enterprise risks across each programme workstream and ensure key risks and issues are tracked and addressed.
• Establish programme governance and drive business readiness to ensure successful launch.
• Coordinate programme budget tracking and expenditure monitoring with Finance.
• Post-launch, manage projects contributing to the broader change portfolio.
• Role may evolve to monitor AI agents depending on business requirements.
