Job summary

Standard Chartered is seeking an Operational Risk Manager for Payments Platforms to lead risk identification, assessment and control design. You will partner with Enterprise Technology and CISO functions to reduce operational and technology risk in line with policy and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include proactive risk oversight, issue management, audit facilitation and risk reporting across multiple domains.

Qualifications

• The candidate should have 10–15 years of experience in Technology Risk Management or related roles.
• Experience in Financial Services or similarly regulated industries is preferred.
• Strong communication of complex topics to diverse audiences is required.

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, monitor and report technology risk across payments platforms.
• Collaborate with CIO domains to ensure process design standardisation and controls.
• Support audit requests and remediate issues with timely action plans.
• Deliver risk metrics and trend analysis for risk governance across lines of business.
• Drive risk awareness and governance through regular training materials.
