Job summary

Standard Chartered is seeking an experienced Operational, Technology and Cybersecurity Risk Officer for Group Transformation, Technology & Operations. The role focuses on second line risk, IAM controls, authentication security and cloud identity governance across multiple CSPs, with exposure to UEBA and Zero Trust concepts.

As part of OTCR TTO, you will oversee risk reporting, advise on threats, and partner with business units to strengthen ICS risk management and control effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information and Cyber Security or Technology or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience with IAM, authentication and privilege access controls.
• Strong knowledge of cyber security frameworks and threat management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and challenge 2nd line Tech and ICS risk protections and ensure effective controls.
• Provide governance, reporting and assurance to senior management on ICS risk.
• Lead risk governance for Authentication, IAM and cloud security in TTO.
• Collaborate with risk partners across Bank functions to drive remediation.
