Job summary

Hong Leong Bank is seeking an experienced Manager to lead Technology Risk Management. You will shape and implement IT risk frameworks, partner with IT security and business units, and drive risk-aware decision making across the bank and its overseas operations.

The role requires governance, risk assessment, and reporting prowess, plus people management to foster a proactive risk culture within IT and operations. Responsibilities include monitoring, analytics, and clear executive communication.

Qualifications

• Strong governance and risk management capabilities within IT environments.
• Experience in IT risk assessment, control design and monitoring.
• Ability to produce clear risk reports and management briefing material.
• Exposure to IT security controls and regulatory expectations.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to bank-wide IT Risk Management Framework and policy enhancements.
• Review IT Risk Assessments and ensure effective risk mitigation plans for projects.
• Analyze IT operations risks and support RCSA exercises with accurate risk scoring.
• Define KPIs and dashboards for technology risk monitoring and escalation.
