Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Law, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 6–10 years’ experience in compliance or regulatory roles.
• Strong policy governance, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Experience in regulated industries preferred; certifications are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, review, and maintenance of compliance policies and frameworks.
• Assess regulatory changes and oversee policy implementation.
• Design and manage annual compliance training plans and awareness initiatives.
• Deliver key compliance training sessions and oversee e-learning programmes.
• Review training effectiveness and compliance reporting to management.
• Support regulatory inspections, audits, and internal reviews related to compliance policy and training.
