Job summary

UOB is seeking an experienced Technology Obsolescence Program Lead to drive enterprise-wide efforts to identify, assess, and remediate technology obsolescence risks across applications, infrastructure, and platforms.

The role requires strong leadership, technology risk management expertise, and the ability to coordinate remediation activities across multiple stakeholder groups, ensuring timely delivery and governance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in Technology Obsolescence Management or Technology Risk Management.
• Strong leadership across cross-functional teams and governance bodies.
• Ability to translate technical risks into business impact and remediation plans.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the Technology Obsolescence Task Force with key stakeholders.
• Define scope, governance, metrics, timelines, and reporting.
• Drive remediation through upgrades, migrations, or decommissioning; monitor progress.
