CelcomDigi Bhd is seeking a Finance Business Partner (Tech) Specialist - Cost to support the Technology organization in Malaysia. The role focuses on strategic financial planning, advisory support, and partnering with technology leaders to drive business value.

The role requires 5+ years in business partnering, strong financial modeling, and excellent communication. You will help develop budgets, forecasts, and long-term plans while monitoring KPIs for technology investments.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Technology, Accounting, or related field.
5+ years in business partnering or related field.
Experience in business partnering, business planning or performance management.
Strong financial evaluation and modeling skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with technology-related financial concepts.

Responsabilités

Advisory and Strategic Planning: Act as a strategic partner to the Technology leadership team, providing financial advice and recommendations to achieve business goals.
Participate in strategic planning sessions to contribute financial perspectives.
Business Decision Support: Work closely with technology leaders to understand their business objectives and provide financial insights to support decision-making.
Evaluate technology projects and initiatives, assessing their financial viability and impact on the overall business strategy.
Performance Management: Provide insightful analysis and recommendations to optimize financial performance.
Assist, develop and manage financial budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
Monitor and analyze KPIs related to technology investments.
Identify trends and opportunities for optimization to enhance overall financial performance.
Cost Management: Drive cost-effective strategies within the Technology department to ensure efficient resource allocation.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for cost optimization in alignment with strategic goals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other business partners and departments to ensure alignment of financial goals with overall company objectives.
Provide financial support for cross-functional projects and initiatives.
