CelcomDigi Bhd is seeking a Finance Business Partner (Tech) Specialist - Cost to support the Technology organization in Malaysia. The role focuses on strategic financial planning, advisory support, and partnering with technology leaders to drive business value.

The role requires 5+ years in business partnering, strong financial modeling, and excellent communication. You will help develop budgets, forecasts, and long-term plans while monitoring KPIs for technology investments.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Technology, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years in business partnering or related field.
• Experience in business partnering, business planning or performance management.
• Strong financial evaluation and modeling skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with technology-related financial concepts.

• Cost Management: Drive cost-effective strategies within the Technology department to ensure efficient resource allocation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for cost optimization in alignment with strategic goals.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other business partners and departments to ensure alignment of financial goals with overall company objectives.
• Provide financial support for cross-functional projects and initiatives.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Business Partner to join our dynamic team at Celcomdigi. As a Finance Business Partner for Technology, you will play a key role in supporting and partnering with the Technology department to drive financial performance and strategic initiatives. • Experience in business partnering, business planning or performance management.
• Strong business case development, financial evaluations/modeling and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with technology-related financial concepts and trends.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
