CelcelcomDigi Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Finance Business Partner for Technology to drive financial performance and strategic initiatives within the Technology department.

You will partner with Technology leadership, develop business cases, budgets, forecasts, and KPIs, and provide financial insights to support decision-making. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills and experience in technology finance.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Technology, Accounting, or related field.
• 5 - 8 years of experience; minimum 5 years in business partnering or related field.
• Experience in business partnering, business planning or performance management.
• Strong business case development, financial evaluations/modeling and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with technology-related financial concepts and trends.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.

As a Finance Business Partner for Technology, you will play a key role in supporting and partnering with the Technology department to drive financial performance and strategic initiatives. This is a unique opportunity for a finance professional with a strong background in technology-related industries to make a significant impact in a leading telecommunications company.

Responsibilities

• Advisory and Strategic Planning:
• Act as a strategic partner to the Technology leadership team, providing financial advice and recommendations to achieve business goals.
• Participate in strategic planning sessions to contribute financial perspectives.
• Business Decision Support:
• Work closely with technology leaders to understand their business objectives and provide financial insights to support decision-making.
• Evaluate technology projects and initiatives, assessing their financial viability and impact on the overall business strategy.
• Performance Management:
• Provide insightful analysis and recommendations to optimize financial performance.
• Assist, develop and manage financial budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to technology investments.
• Identify trends and opportunities for optimization to enhance overall financial performance.
• Cost Management:
• Drive cost-effective strategies within the Technology department to ensure efficient resource allocation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for cost optimization in alignment with strategic goals.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Collaborate with other business partners and departments to ensure alignment of financial goals with overall company objectives.
• Provide financial support for cross-functional projects and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Technology, Accounting, Business or a related field.
• 5 - 8 year of experience preferred. Minimum 5 years in business partnering or related field.
• Experience in business partnering, business planning or performance management.
• Strong business case development, financial evaluations/modeling and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with technology-related financial concepts and trends.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
