Job summary

CelcelcomDigi Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Finance Business Partner for Technology to drive financial performance and strategic initiatives within the Technology department.

You will partner with Technology leadership, develop business cases, budgets, forecasts, and KPIs, and provide financial insights to support decision-making. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills and experience in technology finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Technology, Accounting, or related field.
• 5 - 8 years of experience; minimum 5 years in business partnering or related field.
• Experience in business partnering, business planning or performance management.
• Strong business case development, financial evaluations/modeling and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with technology-related financial concepts and trends.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.

Responsibilities

• Advisory and strategic planning with Technology leadership to achieve business goals.
• Partner with technology teams to provide financial insights for decision-making.
• Evaluate technology projects for financial viability and impact.
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
• Monitor KPIs related to technology investments and optimize performance.
• Drive cost-optimization strategies within the Technology department.
• Collaborate with other departments to align financial goals with company objectives.
