Averis Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur invites fresh graduates to join the Technology Associate Programme, gaining hands-on exposure to IT infrastructure, cloud computing, and AI-driven operations through structured rotations and projects.

You will work with senior IT professionals, participate in regional initiatives, and develop leadership and technical skills across IT infrastructure, automation, and digital transformation.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates with CGPA >= 3.50 or <12 months experience.
• Degree in IT/CS or related field.
• Interest in IT Infrastructure and operations with willingness to learn.
• Exposure to cloud, AWS, AI, networking, cybersecurity is a plus.
• Certifications in cloud, AI or IT infra are encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day IT Infrastructure and Technology Operations.
• Assist in administration, monitoring and maintenance of IT infra and networks.
• Participate in troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues.
• Support IT infrastructure projects and system upgrades.
• Gain exposure to cloud technologies, including AWS.
• Support cloud-related initiatives and infrastructure modernization.
• Explore automation and AI-enabled solutions to improve IT operations.
• Assist in infrastructure monitoring, reporting, documentation and analysis.
• Work with internal teams and vendors to implement practical solutions.
