- Certifications in cloud, AI or IT infra are encouraged.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day IT Infrastructure and Technology Operations.
- Assist in administration, monitoring and maintenance of IT infra and networks.
- Participate in troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues.
- Support IT infrastructure projects and system upgrades.
- Gain exposure to cloud technologies, including AWS.
- Support cloud-related initiatives and infrastructure modernization.
- Explore automation and AI-enabled solutions to improve IT operations.

Aimed at developing well-rounded future technology leaders, the Technology Associate Programme provides graduates with broad exposure to IT Infrastructure, Technology Operations and emerging technologies through structured learning, job rotations and hands‑on project assignments. As a Technology Associate – IT Infrastructure, you will gain exposure to various areas of IT infrastructure and technology operations while developing both technical and business capabilities. The programme includes job rotations every three to six months, opportunities to work directly with Senior Management and experienced IT professionals, exposure to regional and cross‑functional projects, participation in taskforces, process improvement initiatives and analytical assignments. You will have opportunities to explore areas including IT Infrastructure, Network & Systems, Cloud Computing and AWS, End‑User Computing, IT Service Management, Infrastructure Monitoring, Cybersecurity, Automation, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Digital Transformation and Continuous Improvement. This programme is designed for individuals who are curious about technology, enjoy solving problems and are eager to build a strong foundation in IT Infrastructure while developing leadership, communication and business skills.
Support day‑to‑day IT Infrastructure and Technology Operations to ensure reliable and effective IT services across the organization.
Assist in the administration, monitoring and maintenance of IT infrastructure, systems, networks and end‑user environments.
Participate in troubleshooting and resolution of hardware, software, network, system and infrastructure‑related issues.
Support IT infrastructure projects, technology implementations, system upgrades and infrastructure modernization initiatives.
Gain practical exposure to cloud technologies and services, including Amazon Web Services (AWS), where applicable.
Support cloud‑related initiatives such as infrastructure deployment, monitoring, documentation and continuous improvement.
Participate in initiatives involving cloud migration, infrastructure optimization and technology modernization.
Explore opportunities to leverage automation and AI‑enabled solutions to improve IT operations, service efficiency and business processes.
Participate in projects involving emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, automation, cloud computing and digital solutions.
Assist in infrastructure monitoring, reporting, documentation and analysis to support stable and efficient IT operations.
Gain exposure to areas such as networking, servers, operating systems, cloud infrastructure, virtualization, endpoint management and cybersecurity.
Support IT Service Management processes and initiatives to improve service quality, operational efficiency and user experience.
Work closely with internal teams, business users, vendors and technology stakeholders to understand requirements and implement practical solutions.
Assist in identifying opportunities to improve existing IT processes through technology, automation and data‑driven approaches.
Support on‑site IT assignments, infrastructure deployments and technology projects across different locations when required.
Work closely with senior IT personnel and management to understand how technology and infrastructure enable business operations.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends relevant to IT Infrastructure, Cloud, AI, Automation and Digital Transformation.
Fresh graduates from a reputable university with a minimum CGPA of 3.50 and/or candidates with less than 12 months of working experience.
Degree/Master's in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Network Engineering or other relevant technology‑related fields.
Genuine interest in IT Infrastructure and Technology Operations, with a strong desire to build a career in infrastructure and technology‑related roles.
Basic understanding or academic/project exposure to IT infrastructure concepts such as networking, operating systems, servers, cloud computing, virtualization, databases or cybersecurity.
Candidates who have completed relevant cloud, AWS, AI, networking, cybersecurity or IT infrastructure certifications/courses are encouraged to apply.
Exposure to AI tools, automation technologies, scripting or programming languages is an added advantage.
Strong analytical, logical thinking and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to approach technical issues systematically.
Demonstrates curiosity and a hands‑on mindset when learning, troubleshooting or resolving technology‑related problems.
Strong digital awareness and willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies.
Self‑driven, proactive and adaptable, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Keen to explore different IT Infrastructure and Technology functions and develop cross‑functional knowledge through job rotations and project assignments.
Candidates with exposure to any of the following areas will have an added advantage:
