BrioHR Pte Ltd in Malaysia seeks a Sales Specialist - Proposal to craft accurate, competitive techno-commercial proposals for condition monitoring, machinery protection, software and services. You will work with Sales, Engineering, Project Management and Service teams to support opportunities across Oil & Gas, Power Generation, Petrochemical and Industrial markets.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Technology and 3-4 years tender, proposal or bid management experience, with strong

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Technology.
3-4 years tender, proposal, commercial operations, sales support, or bid management experience.
Experience managing RFQs, tender submissions, and commercial proposals.
Good analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong understanding of rotating equipment, vibration monitoring, asset condition monitoring, and industrial automation systems (Preferred).
Experience with machinery protection and condition monitoring solutions – (Preferred).

Responsibilities

Develop accurate, competitive techno-commercial proposals.
Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Project Management, and Service teams.
Support opportunities across Oil & Gas, Power Generation, Petrochemical, and Industrial markets.
Ensure commercial compliance and profitability.
Handle RFQs, tender submissions, and commercial proposals.
May negotiate with customers and compile tender documentation.
