Job summary

Venture Corporation Limited in Malaysia seeks a Technician, Test Engineering in GES Manufacturing Services (M) Sdn Bhd to support test operations, uphold safety and quality, and drive improvements in test processes. You will train operators, assist with jig/tester changes, and help ensure documentation and 5S compliance while contributing to productivity.

Ideal candidates have a Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, MES/MS Excel skills, and the ability to work under pressure both

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
• Experience in Electronic Manufacturing service.
• Know well in Microsoft Excel and access.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain deadlines.
• Ability to work in a team as well as an individual.
• Decision making ability.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to workplace safety and health by following EHS policies.
• Ensure equipment/tools are complete before starting work.
• Initiate corrective action meetings when product yield is low.
• Update necessary ICT debug documents.
• Maintain 5S at the working area at all times.
• Assist Test engineer to qualify the new test operator.
• Assist Test engineer on changes for quality and productivity improvements on jig/tester/test system.
• Conduct evaluation on board failure and board quality.
• Ensure rework methods are compliant to product requirements.
• Update and control daily debug WIP and movement.
• Provide Test training to Technician, Repairer, Test operator.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Report violations of company labor and ethics policies.

We’re looking to add aTechnician, Test Engineering in GES Manufacturing Services (M) Sdn Bhd.

As aTechnician, Test Engineering, You will :

1.Contribute to the workplace safety and health improvement for the employees, as well as environmental protection, by adhering to the company’s Environmental, Health and Safety policies and procedures, and helping to achieve EHS objectives and targets through participation of EHS programs.

2.To ensure that equipment/tools are complete before starts to work.

3.To initiate corrective action meeting when product yield is low.

4.To ensure to update all necessary documents needed for ICT debug.

6.Ensure 5S at working area at all time.

7.Assist Test engineer to qualify the new test operator.

8.To assist Test engineer on changes for quality and productivityimprovements on jig/tester/test system.
