Job summary

Hongrita in Malaysia is seeking a Plastic Injection Technician to handle machine adjustment, repair, and maintenance, and to perform machining of parts for machines, equipment and tooling. The role aims to reduce part cycle time and machine downtime while maintaining production of quality products at optimum cost.

You will also support and maintain the quality and environmental management systems and undertake related tasks as directed by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM and 3 years working experience in Plastic Injection field

Responsibilities

• a) Responsible for machine adjustment, repairing and maintenance.
• b) Responsible for machining of parts for machine, equipment and tooling.
• c) Responsible reducing part cycle time.
• d) Responsible reducing machine down time.
• e) Action taken on Quality Objective that is not achieved.
• f) Responsible for production of quality products at optimum cost in all manufacturing process.
• g) To support & maintain the quality & environmental management system.
• h) To undertake other related jobs as directed by the superior from time to time.
