Job summary
Beo Holding Malaysia seeks a Technician / Maintenance (Mandarin Speaker) with a Certificate/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or related field and 1–3 years in maintenance or manufacturing. You will troubleshoot and repair industrial machinery, read drawings and manuals, and perform preventive maintenance.
You will assist in installation/commissioning, maintain records, and ensure safe, efficient operation. Alternate Saturday 08:30–12:30 schedule applies.
Qualifications
- Minimum Certificate / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Maintenance, or related field
- Minimum 1–3 years working experience in maintenance, machinery, or manufacturing environment
- Experience in troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery is an advantage
- Experience with Chinese-made machinery is preferred
- Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems
- Able to perform preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance
- Able to troubleshoot machine breakdowns and identify root causes
- Familiar with machine setup, adjustment, and calibration
- Able to read technical drawings, manuals, and maintenance records
Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspection, preventive maintenance, and repair of machinery and equipment
- Troubleshoot and resolve machine breakdowns efficiently
- Coordinate with machine suppliers and technical support teams regarding machine issues
- Assist in machine installation, setup, and commissioning
- Maintain maintenance records and reports
- Ensure machinery operates safely and efficiently
- Support production team in minimizing machine downtime
- Follow company safety procedures and maintenance SOP
- Saturday (Alternate) : 08:30am - 12:30pm
