Job summary

Alcon Malaysia seeks an engineer to support molding operations at Gelang Patah. You will handle mold tooling design and molding processes, driving efficiency within defined procedures and contributing to product quality.

You will follow SOPs under GxP, maintain accurate documentation, perform rigorous quality checks, complete all required training, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives with operations teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of working experience.
• Electrical and PLC experience is a plus.
• Willing to work a 12-hour weekly rotational shift.
• Adherence to SOPs and GxP regulations.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex mold tooling design and molding processes to improve efficiency.
