Job Description
Building & Facility Maintenance Carry out routine inspection, maintenance, and repair of campus facilities, buildings, rooms, offices, classrooms, laboratories, and common areas.
Electrical & Mechanical Maintenance Conduct basic inspection, troubleshooting, and maintenance of electrical systems, lighting, switches, sockets, and other related equipment.
Air-Conditioning & Plumbing Perform basic inspection and troubleshooting of air-conditioning systems and related equipment. Coordinate with appointed contractors or service providers for major air-conditioning repairs and servicing.
Requirements
Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Maintenance, Facilities Management, or a related technical field. Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in facility maintenance, building maintenance, engineering, or a similar role is preferred. Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, air-conditioning, plumbing, and general building maintenance. Able to perform basic troubleshooting and repair works.
