Job summary

Kanry Search is seeking an Assembly Technician in Pasir Gudang, Johor. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Basic salary up to RM3000 plus allowances and bonus, contract role with potential to convert to permanent. AM and PM shifts available.

You will assemble mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic components, read wiring diagrams and schematics, perform testing and inspection, troubleshoot basic issues, and support engineers to keep production running. 7S compliant, on-site location.

Qualifications

• Diploma/SKM 3 in Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply (internships welcome).
• Candidates with relevant technical, assembly, or production experience have an advantage.
• Willing to work in Pasir Gudang, Johor.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic components according to work instructions.
• Read and follow wiring diagrams, schematics, and assembly drawings.
• Perform testing and inspection to ensure products function properly.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic mechanical or electrical issues.
• Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
• Complete assembly, testing, and production documentation accurately.
• Work closely with engineers and production teams to support daily operations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area following 7S practices.
• Assist with installation, maintenance, and process improvement activities when required.

Working Hours

AM Shift
Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

PM Shift
Monday – Thursday: 10:30 PM – 7:30 AM, Friday: 11:30 PM – 7:30 AM
