LBS Bina Group Berhad in Selangor is seeking a dedicated facilities maintenance technician to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on electrical and mechanical systems. You will liaise with vendors to service firefighting and electrical systems, operate air conditioning equipment, and maintain building management systems.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to prioritize tasks. Travel and a valid B2 driving license are essential.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certificate in Chargeman or relevant field preferred.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of electrical and maintenance work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Well-organized with ability to prioritize tasks.
• Able to travel.
• Possess B2 driving license.

• Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repair work on facility mechanical, electrical, and other installed systems.
• Responsible to liaise with vendor for the maintenance and service all firefighting system, electrical system, air conditioner system, air compressor, water pump room, motor room and etc
• Maintain, operate all air conditioner systems and associated equipment, electrical equipment, plumbing systems, building management system, and building repairs.
• Perform facility inspections and report on condition affecting operations.
• Prepare and submit summary reports of conditions in buildings and recommend actions to be taken.
• Monitor contractor performance and works closely with outside vendors and contractors to ensure work is completed according to specifications.
• Makes minor plumbing and electrical repairs, as necessary
• To perform any ad hoc task given by team lead or management
