Job summary

Chubb Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Security and Fire Protection Technician to install, configure, and maintain alarm systems, CCTV, access control, and fire alarms across customer sites in Malaysia.

You will perform inspections, diagnose faults, and provide timely maintenance, while offering technical support to customers and collaborating with sales for system design. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel are required.

Qualifications

• Technical or vocational training in electronics or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience as a technician in the security and fire protection industry.
• Strong knowledge of security and fire protection systems, including alarm systems, CCTV, access control, and fire alarms.
• Familiarity with electrical and electronic components.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to customer locations as needed.
