Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a full-time technician in Pengerang, Johor to perform fire fighting and gas system calibration, service and maintenance on plant equipment.

You will carry out preventative maintenance, troubleshoot issues, support customers in daily operations, field work and technical services, and keep service logs and records up to date.

Responsibilities

• Engage in plant activities in fire fighting and fire and gas system calibration, service and maintenance.
• Perform preventative maintenance on fire fighting equipment and gas system equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot problems with fire fighting equipment and fire and gas system equipment and determine causes.
• Provide customer support including daily operations, field works and technical services.
• Maintain customer service logs and internal service records in a timely manner.
