Job summary

Wintronic Sdn Bhd is seeking a PCB repair technician to diagnose and repair damaged boards. You will participate in refurbishing, cleaning, component replacement, and precision re-soldering to restore boards to working condition.

The role requires a diploma in electronics or related engineering field, 1–2 years of PCB repair experience, and the ability to travel on-site as needed. You will work with multimeters and soldering irons, adhering to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in electronics engineering or equivalent (SKM/SKVM/SPM).
• 1–2 years of PCB repair experience.
• Strong knowledge of electronic devices, schematics and circuitry.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills for test hardware and boards.
• Willingness to travel for on-site troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs on damaged or faulty PCBs.
• Conduct refurbishing tasks including cleaning, component replacement, and re-soldering.
• Use equipment such as multimeters and soldering irons to test and repair PCBs.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

JOB DESCRIPTION

*Job Scope / Responsibility:

-Perform repairs on damaged or faulty PCBs.

-Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

-Follow company standards and procedures for quality assurance in repairs and refurbishing.

-Ensure compliance with safety regulations and proper handling of electronic components.

Requirements:

i. Diploma/SKM/SKVM/SPM in majoring Electronic Engineering or relevant.

ii. 1 to 2 years of relevant experience (PCB Board repair)

iii. Strong technical knowledge of electronic device, schematic and circuitry.

iv. Good analytical and problem solving skills on test hardware and electronic board.

v. Capable to work independently and able to communicate effectively.

vi. Willing to travel (troubleshoot on-site)

vii. Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
