Job summary

BCM Electronics Corporation Sdn Bhd in Kulim, Kedah, seeks a hands-on electronics technician to diagnose failed PCBAs using test results, schematics and debug tools, and to identify root causes.

You will perform component-level troubleshooting and rework (ICs, capacitors, resistors, connectors), use oscilloscopes, multimeters and logic analyzers for fault isolation, and interact with production and QA teams to improve product reliability.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electronics Engineering or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years hands-on PCBA debugging experience preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong technical skills may be considered for junior roles.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose failed PCBAs using test results, schematics, and debug tools to identify root causes.

Job description

Qualification & Skills:

Education: Min Diploma in Electronics engineering / Electronics & Electrical Engineering

Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in PCBA debugging and repair (fresh graduates with strong technical skills may be considered for junior roles).

Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of analog/digital circuits and electronic components.

Proficient in component-level fault isolation and soldering/rework (SMT and through-hole).

Ability to use various test and measurement instruments.
