As a Junior PCB Board Technician, you will be responsible for assisting in the repair and maintenance of printed circuit boards (PCBs) used in our products. You will work closely with senior technicians and engineers to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair various PCB issues, ensuring the efficient operation of our electronic systems. This role requires strong technical acumen, attention to detail, and a passion for problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with senior technicians and engineers to diagnose and repair PCB failures and malfunctions.
Conduct thorough inspections of PCB boards to identify faults, damage, or component failures.
Utilize various diagnostic tools, equipment, and software to analyse and troubleshoot PCB issues.
Perform soldering, desoldering, and rework operations to replace faulty components.
Implement preventive maintenance procedures to prolong the lifespan and reliability of PCB boards.
Document and maintain accurate records of repairs, replacements, and maintenance activities.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines to ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Qualifications:
Diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or coursework in electronics or PCB repair is preferred.
Previous experience or internship in PCB repair and maintenance is desirable but not mandatory.
Solid understanding of PCB components, circuitry, and electrical systems.
Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, soldering equipment, and other relevant tools for PCB repair.
