Job summary

Dorsett Kuala Lumpur is hiring a Maintenance Engineer to perform preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical and HVAC systems within the hotel. You will conduct daily inspections of facilities and guest rooms, respond to maintenance requests and emergencies, and help ensure safety and hotel standards.

The role requires a Certificate or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or AC&R and at least 1 year of relevant experience; hotel experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Certificate or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Air Conditioning & Refrigeration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience (hotel experience is an advantage).
• Knowledge of electrical systems, air conditioning, plumbing, and general building maintenance.
• Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
• Responsible, hardworking, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
