Job summary

Mister Coffee in Petaling Jaya is seeking a field service technician to install and calibrate new coffee machines at customer sites. You will perform preventative maintenance, descaling, and deep cleaning, and replace worn parts to prevent breakdowns.

On-site troubleshooting covers leaks, pressure and heating issues, and calibration of grinders, water temp, and pressure for consistent taste. You'll need a technical education in Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics, hands-on diagnostics for

Qualifications

• SPM/Certificate or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Ability to diagnose hydraulic systems (water flow/pressure).
• Ability to diagnose electrical circuits (wiring/voltage).
• Ability to diagnose mechanical components (boilers/pumps).
• Understand grinder temperature and pressure adjustments for coffee quality.
• Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia or English.
• Valid B2 motorcycle and GDL licenses.
• Physical ability to lift heavy equipment.
