• Strong communication and problem solving skills for pre-sales and post-sales inquiries.
• Knowledge in Visual Studio, C#, C++, Python is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide post-sales support and develop the support strategy for new products.
• Research and resolve product support escalations using in-depth technical knowledge.
• Interact with customers and internal teams including Field Service, Remote Engineers, and call centers.
• Develop and implement support plans for new products, including repair levels and production support.
• Provide technical product and measurement consulting on presales opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, QA, manufacturing, and R&D to ensure features and reliability.
• Create product/process user documentation and training materials for support teams.
• Deliver technical training to Keysight support teams such as field and remote service engineers.
• Contribute to technical marketing assignments with clear objectives.
• Resolve problems of limited scope and complexity.

Job description

You will be responsible for providing factory-based product and application support for Keysight's instruments. Candidates will receive great satisfaction by supporting internal and external customers to solve their measurement and repair problems in a prompt and professional manner. This is a fast paced, interrupt-driven environment which necessitates self-motivation, good organization, and self-management of priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide post-sales support and develop the support strategy for new products
• Use in-depth technical or scientific knowledge and product expertise to research and resolve product support escalations
• Interact directly with customers or provide deep support internally to Field Service Engineers, Remote Engineers, or customer call center personnel
• Ensure support plan, repair levels, and production support plans are developed and implemented for new products
• Provide technical product and measurement consulting on presales opportunities
• Interact with marketing, sales, technical support, QA, manufacturing, product development, and external customers to ensure products have necessary features, cost parameters, supportability goals, reliability targets and release schedules
• Write product/process user documentation
• Develop and deliver technical training to Keysight technical support teams, such as field service and remote service engineers
• Work on technical marketing assignments with clearly defined objectives
• Solve problems of limited scope and complexity
