Job summary

Jora Malaysia in Johor Bahru is seeking a Sales/BD professional to manage assigned projects from specification to completion, engaging with consultants, contractors, developers, and other key stakeholders. You will conduct regular visits to about 25 M&E firms in JB, and liaise with developers, architects, end users and customers across industrial and commercial sectors.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in any field.
Preferably candidates with Sales/BD experience.
Experience in Air-Conditioning sector is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with negotiation ability.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated, independent and result-driven.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to analyze data and prepare sales reports.
Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin/Cantonese an advantage.

Responsibilities

Manage assigned projects from specification stage through to completion with stakeholders at the JB branch.
Conduct regular customer visits with ~25 M&E consulting firms in Johor Bahru and key developers/architects.
Provide technical support for specification activities, system design, CAD drawings, CAC calculations and quotations.
Work with sales and contractors to convert projects into secured orders and meet sales targets.
Take full ownership and drive projects to award, order conversion and closure.
