Job summary

Engtex Ductile Iron Marketing Sdn Bhd is seeking a Sales Technician to support technical aspects, assist with marketing, and help distribute ductile iron pipes and fittings for water supply and sewer pipelines. The role includes site inspections and coordinating with water authorities as needed.

The ideal candidate has at least a Diploma or Degree in a technical field and 3 years of sales experience in pipes, valves, and fittings, with own transport and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years working experience in sales preferably in Pipes, Valves and Fittings for Water Supply and Sewer pipelines.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Perform site inspection in the presence of customer and the representatives of water company or authority on on-going projects when required
• Attend to customer in case of any product complaint
• Assist Sales Team by maintaining good rapport with the relevant Consultants/Authorities/Customers at all times
• Assist Sales Team in area of customer service and collections if necessary
